A sour brewed with an awesome fruit combo of Lime Juice, Black Currant, Sweet Cherries, and Raspberries. Bursting with mixed berry smoothie flavors. Ripe sweet cherries, delicate juicy raspberry, and a touch of earthy tannic black currants and tartness of the lime balanced out by the sweetness of the milk sugar.

Food Pairing:

The fruity, citrusy and floral notes make this ale great to pair with herbaceous Mexican food like chicken tacos topped with zesty guac and cilantro or toasted tortilla chips paired with salsa verde. Like it hot? Try pairing this beer with jerk chicken wings, or a spicy curry, the hop bitterness will kick up a dishes’ capsicum heat.

With a medium bitterness balanced by a caramel malt sweetness and perfumey, tropical aromatics, this pale ale is will please both beer geeks and beer newbies alike.
