Hopfully No Cars Gose - 4.0% ABV

Tasting notes:

A Gose brewed with Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, Coriander, and an awesome fruit combo of Lime Juice, Cherries, and Peaches. We added milk sugar to balance out those fruit, and tart flavours, and complement the mild salinity, rounding this summer beer drink.

Food Pairing:

The fruity, citrusy and floral notes make this ale great to pair with herbaceous Mexican food like chicken tacos topped with zesty guac and cilantro or toasted tortilla chips paired with salsa verde. Like it hot? Try pairing this beer with jerk chicken wings, or a spicy curry, the hop bitterness will kick up a dishes’ capsicum heat.

The Verdict:

With a medium bitterness balanced by a caramel malt sweetness and perfumey, tropical aromatics, this pale ale is will please both beer geeks and beer newbies alike.
